From May through October, the flower farm is in full bloom and offers an incredible backdrop for photos — a seasonal extension of the space that adds color, texture, and a sense of place to your event.

Forrest Farms offers 4‑hour event rentals, with additional time available if you need extra setup or cleanup. Your date is secured once the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

You’re welcome to bring your own décor, food, and beverages, or work with your preferred vendors. The space is designed to be easy to personalize while still feeling grounded in its historic character.

Event rental rates at Forrest Farms are seasonal and vary from $400–$600 for a 4‑hour rental, reflecting the natural rhythm of the flower farm and peak demand seasons. All rentals include use of the main hall, tables and seating, kitchen access, Wi‑Fi, ambient lighting, and on‑site parking.

All‑Inclusive Event Setup — $250 flat rate
Enjoy a fully prepared event without lifting a finger. This add‑on includes high‑quality disposable dishes, wrapped flatware, specialty glassware, and décor styled to match your theme — giving your guests everything they need the moment they arrive.
Bloom Bar — $250 per block of 25 guests
A guest‑favorite interactive station where attendees create their own bouquets. Includes specialty florals and greenery, mason jars, and ribbon — everything needed for a fun, hands‑on experience your guests will love.
Custom Activities — priced according to selection
We can arrange an activity for any occasion, making it easy for you to focus on your guest list while we handle the details. Customer favorites include kids’ birthday party games and crafts, as well as baby shower activities like onesie decorating and wooden block painting. Have your own idea?
