The Apothecary Garden on Knower Road is a compact but deeply intentional landscape, shaped around the healing plants that have served as companions to gardeners and herbalists for generations.
Aromatic herbs like lavender, rosemary, bergamot, mountain mint, and lemon verbena form its fragrant core, creating a sensory field that shifts with light, heat, and touch. Around them, classic medicinal allies—calendula, chamomile, yarrow, mullein, echinacea, holy basil, and lemon balm—offer a steady foundation of immune, respiratory, and calming support.
Culinary-medicinal herbs such as thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, fennel, and sage bridge nourishment and healing, while catnip, scented geranium, and mint add softness and movement.
